Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with Business Dite Ads, operated by DiteadsTeams. This policy explains when and how refunds are issued.
1. Monthly billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. By subscribing you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically each billing cycle.
2. Cancel anytime
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal — your access continues until the end of the current paid period.
3. No automatic prorated refunds
We do not automatically issue prorated refunds for partial months. If you cancel mid-cycle, you keep access until the end of that cycle.
4. 30-day refund window for new subscribers
First-time subscribers may request a full refund within 30 days of their first paid charge, provided they have not made significant use of core paid features (such as creating multiple invoices, running payroll, or generating GPS reports). 5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback. We will work in good faith to resolve any billing concern.
