Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Business Dite Ads, a service operated by DiteadsTeams ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind your company to these terms.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, to abuse other users, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform.

3. Subscription & billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Prices are listed on the pricing page. Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. 4. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from the billing portal. Access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not automatically prorate refunds for partial months — see our refund policy for exceptions.

5. GPS data accuracy

GPS coordinates are provided by the user's device and may be affected by signal strength, hardware accuracy and environmental conditions. You are responsible for using GPS data appropriately for your business decisions.

6. Intellectual property

All Business Dite Ads software, branding and content are owned by us. You retain ownership of the data you upload.

7. Service availability & limitation of liability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the place of the seller's registered business. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under your local law.

9. Changes to these terms
